Donating to our school’s walk-a-thon directly impacts the students, staff, and families of Parker Woods Montessori, a Title I magnet school in CPS. The funds raised are used to provide teachers with classroom resources; students with field trips, books and enrichment programs; and families with engagement events such as socials and festivals.

DONATE & FUNDRAISE
BEFORE THE EVENT
Each Friday in October, students can show their school spirit by wearing their walkathon team colors. Parent volunteers will be collecting donations outside the school every Friday morning. Student who turns in a donation for any amount during the week will be entered into a prize drawing each Friday.
YOU ARE ENTERED TO WIN THE GRAND PRIZE IF YOU RAISE AT LEAST $60 TOTAL! If every student raises $60, we meet our goal of $36,000.
Cash & checks made payable to PWM PTO will be collected by the school doors every Friday morning in October.
Remember to be safe & take a grown-up with you when you are fundraising!

As a a celebration of our community, the WHOLE SCHOOL will have an exciting Walk-A-Thon AFTER PARTY with bounce houses, a silent disco and a special treat!
